Safe access
You keep control of your Shopify store.
Use a collaborator code
After payment, send the four-digit collaborator code through WhatsApp. I request only the permissions needed for the agreed task. Never send your password, 2FA code, card details, API secrets, or customer export.
Preview before publish
I confirm the task and estimate before starting, track the time used, run QA, then send screenshots and a delivery summary. Sensitive changes are not published without your approval.
Frequently asked questions
What Shopify work can I send?
The $999 Launch Pack covers a small 1–3 product store ready to accept orders. Existing-store improvements, larger catalogues, custom development, and advanced integrations are estimated at $100 AUD/hour or quoted as a separate project.
How does billing and payment work?
The Launch Pack is $999 AUD incl. GST for the listed scope. Additional hourly and fixed-project work is confirmed before it starts; monthly support is billed in advance and renews each month until cancelled.
Do unused monthly hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Can I give you my Shopify password?
No. Use Shopify collaborator access. Never send a password, 2FA code, full card number, or API secret.
